First tooth.

I just wanted to remember this so I am writing it down. Hunter cut his first tooth on Thursday july 22nd 2010 and another one on Monday. They are the bottom front teeth. They are still small and he is very slobbery that you can't see them very well. But you can feel them. He is pretty good about it. Some time he is really whinny though.

Trip to Canada and more

So it has been a long time and we have traveled near and far.
I was looking on other peoples blogs and thought that I should finish mine while I had the time instead.

Well summer started here in Texas and it was very hot. So I decided to buy some water melon, it ' always makes me think of summer. When I got home I saw that it had a sticker saying "I'm yellow. So I just had to take a picture.

Hunter had never been to Canada, so we just had to go and show him Gran's and Papa's house. We went for three weeks.
He did great once again on the airplane but we had a long ride home from the air port since we flow into Syracuse.

Another reason that we went to canada was to go to my cousins Shona's wedding. It was a great time a the reception looked great. Every one thought Hunter looked so cute. Shona looked great in her dress as well.

Alena and Dan also came to visit for the first week of our trip. We had fun hanging out and playing wii. Hunter enjoyed spending some time with Auntie Alena and Uncle Dan whatching the World Cup.

We also had fun playing 5 pin bowling. Dan had never played before but I think he won at least one game.

5 pin ball which is a hunter size ball.

Then Alena and Dan left and Mike came to visit. Mike did not want to spend his first Fathers Day all by himself in Texas so he flow up for a very sort trip to Canada for about a week.

We went on a picnic up the Gatineau hills. It was a beatiful night and great food.
For desert we went out for Poutine. We took pictures but with my dad's camera maybe we will post some later for all the American's out there.

Mike had a check list of what he wanted to see and do in his sort time in Canada. We tried to get every thing on the list done put did not have time for some. A couple of the items on the list were. Fathers Day.
Hunter's gift to dada and papa.

My dad loves being a papa, can you tell.

He also wanted to see the Parliament buildings.

You can't go on vacation with out buying souvenirs.

On our last day Mike and I got to spend the day together. We went to the beach.

Hunter and papa had such a good day together we needed to take a picture to remember it.

After Mike left hunter and I just spent time with family.
Four generation picture.

Gran and Hunter

Hunter Grew so much in our time in Canada
First he was eating the plate

Then trying to eat the cookies.

Then he was drinking Grans Frappichino.
I think that we need to start him on food when we get home.

Then it was time to leave Canada and say good bye to Gran and Papa.

While at home in Texas we celebrated both sides of Hunters nationalities.

First Canada Day with Mama.

Then Independence Day with Dada.

Cup cakes I made for the 4th of July.

We went to Denison to look at apartments and found one with a little bit of a yard. We are excited. Then we went camping for the first time with Hunter.
